CONCERT AT CITY HALL. The grand concert last niglit was peculiarly ill-suited in the ehnraeter of the weather, but the zeal of the public was not to be quenched by the " pluvial visitation," and, everything considered. there was an excellent attendance. The programme was admirably and effectively gone through, both amateurs and professionals giving the utmost satisfaction. The third part of the programme consisted of the performance of the ISegro troupe, and considering that it was the first time the troupe were all together, the performance was very creditable. Owing to their not having had any {ji-aclice previous to goinjj on the stage, there were not so many comic JN regro songs as we should like to have heard. Bones, Tambo, and Mr. Johnson were remarkably good. Altogether the concert was a great success.
