Via Patea, April 3, 4.30 p.m.—Tawhiito has written to Titokowaru, telling him not to kill pakebaa. Titokowaru replied he would not, as he iutonds to wait the decision of the Government about piecing him and his people on their land, so that they may remain in peace—The Taranaki News did. not appear on Saturday as usual.
