The Court sat again at 10 o'clock this uior ning.
Okfic^i Liquidator v. Waterfall Gold Mining Company.—The list of contributions was brought up. '1 he objectiouo f Mr. Henry Cucksey was overuled, and the schedule confirmed.
Same t. Mocking Bibd.—Mr. [Rees objected on behalf of Mr. Joseph Badley ; he stated that Mr. Badley had been working in the mine, and had received an injury for which a number of scrips had been presented to him by the directors of the company. The Judge ruled that tlie objection was not good, and confirmed the original schedule, and contributions.
Same v. Mount Alexander Gold Mining Company.—After some discussion the schedule was confirmed.
This was all the business, and the Court ad journed.
