Mails will close as under :— For Tauranga. Opotiki, Napier and Southern Provinces, per p.s. Luna, via Thames, (his day, at 3 p.m. Late letters and telegrams for transmission from the Tauranga Station will be received till 3.30 p.m. For Thames, this day, at 3.30 and 5.30 p.m., and to-morrow, at 10.30 a.m., 3.30 p.m., and 5.30 p.m. For Tairua, per Sea Gull, this day, at 5 p.m. For Fiji, per Argo, to-morrow, at 11 a.m. For Q-isborne and Napier, per Star of the South, to-morrow, at 3 p.m. Late letters and telegrams for transmission from the Napier Station will be received till 1.30 p.m. For Russell and Kawakawa, per Comerang, _omorrow, at 3 p.m. For Napier and Southern Provinces, per GoAhead, to- morrow, at 5 p m. Note.—Post-offices have been opened at North Omauharo and Tuipana Bay, Great Barrier. S. B. Bias, Chief Postmaster.
