VaqBANCT.—Ann Swift, as au habitual drunkard, was imprisoned for three months. Unlawfully Wounding. — Cross-charges of unlawfully wouuding and of assault between Andrew Mncready and Alexandpr Lyon were adjourned till Wednesday next, in consequence of the illness of one of the parties.
