[Before Sir Greorge Arncy, Kuighr, Chief Justice.l His Honor sat yesterday in banco. Mohi Mang-akahia a*. Chaiu.—Cross Demurrer.—Mr. MacCormick was heard for the plaintiff in support of the replication to defendant's pica, which, he contended, was a complete answer to the plea.—The learned counsel reviewed, at great length, the arguments urged by Mr. Hesketh.
