THE SHARE MARKET.
The share market opened dull, and with but one or two exceptions, all kinds of stock have declined in value. This is, of course, only a temporary and natural reaction to the extreme buoyancy of the past few days, there being no reason from the returns for any such decline. Shares have changed hands to-dsi.y at the following quotations : —Caledonians, £52, £50, £49 ; Nonpareils, £3 155., £3 17s. 6d., £4 ; VV'aiternatas, 205., 225. 6d., 255.; Thames, £11, £10 ; Central Italy, 18s., 16s. ; Bed Queens, 4s. ; Ctires, 7s. ; Unas, 10s. 6d. ; Belfasts are offered at 20s. ; Otago, 205.; Red Queens, os. ; Cures, 7s, 6d.; Central Italy, 205.; Unas, 12s. 6d.
