[Before T. Ritchie, Esq., J.P.] Dbunkenisess.— John Neill, Mary Neill, James Cox, S. Dixon, and Mory Burke, for first offences, were punished in the usual manner. Drunk anu Disorderly.—A Wilson forfeited bail for non-appearance. Vagrancy. —W. JBertonshaw, for u»ing obscene language in Chancery-street, was fined 20s. and costs, or to be imprisoned for 48 hours with hard labour. Municipal Police Act.—Mary Bertonshaw was fined 20s. and costs, or to be imprisoned 48 hours with hard labour, for throwing stones in Chancery-street.
