Joseph Elliott, charged with broaching cargo on boiu-d the Queen Bee, pleaded guilty. — The Bench sentenced prisoner to 14 days' imprisonment. Vagbancy.—Bridget L. Estrange, charged with using obscene language in Symondssfcreet, fined 20s and costs, or one month's imprisonment. Breach of Licensing Act. —John G-uild-ing, charged with nob keeping his lamp alight, pleaded guilty, and was fined ss. Breach op Municipal Pouce Act.—Q-eo. Staines, charged with placing goods on the footpath.—Mr. Wynn appeared for the City Board.—Thos. Young, Inspector of Nuisances, proved having cautioned Mr. Staines on several occasions.—The Bench fined defendant 5s and costs, and ordered him to removed the obstruction.
