The Evening Star: MONDAY, FEBRUARY 13, 1871.
THE WAE.
We are obliged to withhold nny rejrarks on the important tidings from the seat of war. "We publish additional news, supplementary to that published in our " War Extra" of this morning. Of this large and comprehensive digest of war news, printed for us in Honolulu, we have circulated upwards of fifteen handred this forenoon, so that we do not consider it necessary to reproduce the information there contained. But should any person desire to obtain a copy of our " War Extra," he can do so by applying at the Star office. Having now completed arrangements at Honolulu for compiling and printing our Extra, we shall, in future, be able to provide, immediately on the arrival of the mailboat in the harbour, the largest and most comprehensive, and carefully compiled Extra published in the city.
