HOBART TOWN.
January 14.—A fire broke out last night on board the barque Eunnymede, but through the exertions of the two local fire-brigades and the fire-brigads of H.M.S. Blanche it was got under about. 9 p.m. Several bales of wool were partly burned at the ends. Tho cargo is now being discharged. January 17. —All the damaged wool has been discharged from the Runnymede, and a survey is to be made on behalf of the shippers and insurance agents.—Messrs. Guesdon and Westbrookc sold by action, yesterday, 2000 bugs sugar, ex 'Janet Holt, at prices ranging from £38 to £48 per ton. January 18. — Captain Montgomery, of H.M.S. Blanche, has decided to remain here „\ after the regatta on Tuesday next.
