ONEHUNGA.

In the Resident Magistrate's Court, on Wednesday, before James Naughton, Esq., R.M., the following case was heard :— Assault.—Minahan v. Hill.—This case, it appears, had been arranged out of Court, the defenc ant agreeing to pay the costs, but his Worship wished it to be kuown, that, for the future, arrangements in such cases would not be allowed. An information had been laid by comph.inant, and could only be withdrawn with consent of the Court.
