ARRIVAL OF THE PH Œ BE.
The s.B. Phcebe, H. Worsp, Esq., commander, arrived in the Manukau this morning from Southern ports, bringing the mails and passengers for England via California. The Phoebe brings a small cargo and an unusually large number of passengers, having 44 in the saloon and 19 in the fore-cabin.
