NAPIER.
November 30. — A report has reached Poverty Bay that Te Kooti had attacked Tokomaru. Henare Potae's people started off tit once, but it turned out afterwards to be a false report. It however occasioned the breaking up of the Native Lands C.urt.—Dureen, the escaped prisoner, has been seen on the road to Wellington.
December 1. —The Presbyterian Assembly closed yesterday. — Henry Williams, the escaped prisoner, was captured by Maoris, and brought to town last night. Dureen is now the only oue at large, and, as he has been seen, his capture is iuily expected.
