LOSS OF LIFE AT KENNEDY'S BAY.
A kepokt reached Coromnndel on tie 30th ultimo that tin accident had occurred at Kennedy's' Bay, by which ten Maories. had lost their lives by drowning. The Cross* correspondent says that it .is possible thi^re is no foundation for the report, and that the loss of life, if true, may be greatly exaggerated.
