THE NEW ZEALAND LEAGUE.
As we go to press the first meeting of the members of the League formed recently for the purpose of fostering our home industries is being held. It is to be hoped, in the interests of the country, that a general interest will be shown in the objects of the League, and that no indifference without will tend to discourage those who would strive to raise New Zealand to her proper position among the colonies.
