Tlie s.s. Eangatira took her departure from the Manukau to-day, for Wftngaiiiii and Wellington,- with several passengers, and general cargo. The f>.s. Airedale -will leave the Mnnukau on Saturday for Southern ports, and the Phoebe immediately on the arrival of the English mail via California.
The s.s. St. "Eilda arrived in the Mamikau yesterday afternoon from Wanganui, bringing a cargo of cattle and sheep for Mr. Buckland. Passengers—Mr. Brewer, Mrs. Lethbridgeand son. 3hep.B. Samson arrived from Bussell tbis morning, with 25 tons coals, 2 tons luggage, and 19 cases ex I.eonidas, from the Fijis. Passengers.—Messrs. Greenway, Callaghan, arid four others. 4The s.s. Go-Ahead from the Bay of Islands. Freight up 1 horse, a few packages sundries, and sereral passengers. The p.s. Comerang. Captain Chmp, left the Bay of Islands on Tuesday evening, and arrived in harbour yesterday morning, with 100 tons coal, 14 bags gum, 9h bales wool, and several packages sundries. Passengers — Messrs. Burro.ivg, Gould, Angel, Miss Clarke, Captain Austin, and 7 in the steerage. The whaling barque Albion, Cayt. Thomas, arrived at, Russell on Tuesday last. The schooner Magellan Cloud sailed from Rustell for IVapier, on Monday. The schooner Banshee was loading coals at Russell on Tuesday. _,
