A resolution, affirming his conduct to be unsatisfactory and injurious to Wetland, and that the meeting, had no confidence: in him, was carried unanimously. A groaning demonstration followed. His advocacy at Wellington of the dismemberment of Westland and the appointment of a nominee'chairman, and his neglect to introduce, an Education Bill intrusted to him, are the chief sources of the angry discontent of his constituents. — Sarah and Mary, from Melbourne, in the roadstead. . She has lost her jibboom and topmast, and will be towed hi this afternoon.
