ARRIVAL OF THE KEERA.
The s.s. Eeera, Captain Bain, arrived in harbour this morning, alter a capital passage to Napier and back. She brings a cargo ol st ek, landed at. Kohiuiarama, in first-class condition. The Keera left Napier at 5.30 p.m. on the Bth, wiih a light breeze from the W.N.W. At 10 p.m. rounded Portland Island ; 9th 530 j.m.,came to -anchor at Poverty Bay, and landed piissengers and luggnge; at 8 a.m got underway; 10 30 passed Gable End, bearing west 9 miles ; 7 p.m. rounded Kast Cape. On the 10th, at 6 a.m. White Island bore south 10 ■■ iles ; 6 pm. Cuvier Island nnnh 4 miles.. Light northerly winds, accompanied with fine weather, throughout. At 9.30 pm. rounded Cape d>lville, and at 2 a in. to-day catne to anchor at Kohiuiaraua. After landing hßr cargo, she came up harbour. Passengees .—Cabin : Mrs. and Miss Biddie. John Kogan, Esq., R.M , Mr. Hikaro, Mr. Hastie, Mrs. Richardson and two children, Mr«. Langfurd and three children, Miss Dunlope, and three in the steerage.
