Edwards, of the Army and _S avy Hotel, on ih« ms;ht of the 28th instant.—Prosecutor ■ teposecl to having discovered, prisoner at midnight under a bed above stairs, an i adjoining those room 3in which ladies were sleeping. He had no authority to be there.—Constable Price deposed to having arrested prisoner, who ha 1 been drinking for some time. —Sentenced to two month's imprisonment with hard labour. —Bridget Hawkey was charged tv.th using obscene language in Chan-cery-street. —Constable Jeffery deposed to the .acts, aud prisoner, who had oeeu already 19 times convicted in futir years, was sentenced to a fine of 40s and costs, or to be imprisoned lor one inenth with hard labour.
