ORPHAN HOME PARNELL.

An entertainment is to be given this evening at the Symonds-street Music Hall, in aid of the lunds of the above most deserving institution, the entertainment is to be under the patronage and in the presence of her Excellency Lady Bowen, and the officers of the American mau-o'-war Resaca. and promises to be a great success. Besides several gentlemen who will give readings, the Auckland Ethiopian Troupe have given their services, and will appear in lwo parts —the first to be a musical bouquet a la Christy, the second a musical, comical, and terpsichorean melange. We trust to see the house crowded in every part, and a very substantial addition to the funds of the Orphan Home.
