DRUNKENNESS
H. Pulford and D. Crosley, were each fined 5s and costs, or to he imprisoned 24 hours with hard labour.
MUNICIPAL POLICE ACT.
M. Ru ledge and T. Brady, for allowing cattle to stray, were each fined 5s and costs, hlizabeth Rjan, for a similar offence, was fined 10s and costs. A similar charge against J. Waters, who explained that the animals had escaped from his paddock, was dismissed. C. Hid for not having his name legibly painted on his cart, whs fined 5s and costs.
The Court then lose.
