Sib, —On the 20th July a letter was forwarded to the evening papers, requesting that the '-all boys, whilst engaged circulating (resh impressions of the press, should refrain as far as possible from making more noiso than was absolutely required. Judge my astonishment, then, yesterday, on seeing several of these urchin?, whilst waiting the damp impressions from your contemporary, singing in a loud voice a refrain not particularly complimentary to youisdves. Boys will be boy?, but -nh.thei' they are printer's devils or hoc genus omne, the employers of labour should sec that they are not disrespectful to others. —I am, &c,
