~ ■ i Thursday afternoon. ' Messrs. V. and~H. Isaacs held an extensive enleof wines, spirits, &<*., at their stores to-day. There was a large attendance, and the following prices wore realised: —Allsopp'sale, 5s 6d ; Viclorin, 6s 3d ; Henncssv's pale brandy, 7s 3d; tobacco (10's), 9£d; old torn, 13s; 250 vestas, 18s 9d. The whole of tho above were Boldin bond; ' -
Mr. George Sibbin heM an extensive sale of i butter, maize, &c, to-day. There was a good attendance, and a lot of inferior butter was disposed of at fair prices.
Mr. Chas. Davis. sold to-day, at his mart, Queen-street, the entire enrgo of fruit, etc., ex ,Sra Breeze, from tho South Sea Islands. Tho following prices were obtained:—Oranges, 9£d to is par dozen"; limejuice, Is ; dried bananas, Cd per lb.
