Captain Mollor reports a strong breeze outside, blowing from E.N.E., with a vevy high sea. The cutter Miranda was left at Tauranga, and the G-azelle bound for Mercury Bay was pas3cd inside of Mate Island.

The s.b. Tauranga, expected hero yesterday morning, had not arrived in harbour when we went to press, She has in all probability beon detained in Russell, with bad weather.

The s.g. Auckland should make her appearance this evening. The Novelty and several English ships ate now due, and may be expected to give their numbevi as soon as the wind changes. : The i.s. John Perm is expected in the Maunkau to-dttjr, and will leare again for Wangauui and West Coast two dajs after arrival.

The scliooner Margaret Campbell, after discharging her carge of grain, will take in coals for Oaniaru from tuo Bay of Islands.
