Two or three persons were taken into the boat, and others were seen to go on board the steamer Enterprise, which also put off to the vessel's assistance. The Enterprise took the cutter in tow, but in consequence of the heavy westerly breeze blowing since, she appears to be unable to remove her from her position. She is apparently now lying on the Spit, and as soon as the Enterprise conies up we shall be able to learn the name of the vessel. It is supposed by some to be the Alarm, which vessel proceeded to Kohimarima this morning to land cattle
