(Before His Honor Sir GK A. Arney, Esq. Chief Justice.)
His Honor sat in banco and transacted the following business : —
- On the motion of Mr. MacCormick, the case of Cains v. Cains was adjourned, as it is likely to be settled.
In the case of Cadell v. O'Keeffe, a motion to make absolute a rule to enter a nonsuit was further adjourned to next Court-day.
On the motion of Mr. Hesketh, Mr. John White was adjudged a bankrupt. The Court rose at 2 o'clock.
