ARRIVAL OF THE SEA GULL.

The brigantine Sea Gull, in command of Captain Laurie, arrived in harbour early tbis morning, after a tedious passage from Newcastle of seventeen days. She left that port on the 7th inst., and experienced head winds throughout the passage. She brings a full cargo of coals, consigned to Messrs. Brown, Campbell, and Co.
