[From Today's "Adtebtiseu."] 1 ALLEGED BOBBERY OF SPECIMENS. The police of Grahamstown received information yesterday that a hut on the City of Glas- 1 gow claim, Moanatairi, had been broken open and ibout ninety lbs. of specimens stolen threfrom.
THE LONG- DRIVE.
The usual fortnightly retorting for tho Long I Drive took place on Saturday at the Kuranui I Company's battery, and yielded 530 ozs. 11 dwts. of retorted gold. During the greater I part of the last fortnight only torf head of I stampers were employed on the stijp[.
