We learn from the Court Circular, that on the 15th February, a seal for the general government of New Zealand; a seal for the province of New Ulster, in New Zealand; a seal for the province of New Minister, in New Zealand ; and a seal for the island of Labuan, which had been prepared by Mr. Benjamin Wyon, chief engraver of Her Majesty's seals, were submitted to the Queen's council, and were approved of.
