Mr Gibson, the Town Clerk of Dunedin, has arrived, and is enquiring into the alleged frauds in connection with the municipal bonds. So far as is known, there is no reason to believe that further frauds haveJaeen committed beyond those already brought to light. A FLOODED MINE.
