McGREGOR is me structed to SELL BY PUBLIC AUCTION (Unless previously disposed of by private contract), AT GRANGE'S HOTEL, AKAROA, On SATURDAY, the 16th of DECEMBER (Anniversary Day), Subject to such conditions as will be then produced, THE following desirable FRE ECHOLD PROPERTY :— A A A ACRES of magnificent tfcUv/ TIMBER LAND,, situate at Okain's Bay, being ) the Rural Sections numbered 20521 and 20522, the property of Mr G. W. Nalder. Will be sold in lots of about 50 acres each, to suit the convenience of purchasers. This laud is well watered, and timbered with totara, pine, and other trees ; is easily accessible by the Government roads, has a beautiful northern aspect, and is well adapted for dairy farms. Also, IAA ACRES of splendid ±\J\J BOSH LAND at Le Bon's Bay, being Rural Section 17264, the property of Mr H. N. Nalder. This was an early selection, and adjoins the property of Mr Robert Dawber. Ie has some remarkably fine timbergrowing on it, estimated as worth over £8 an acre, and is well watered.
