The Races will be open to horses within the Peninsula boundary. Horses possession of the' owner three months previous to date of Races not allowed to run. Horses not allowed to run whose owner is not a subscriber to M the Race fund of at least 10s. The second horse in all Races to save his fcp. e&ake, to be deducted from winner. All jockeys must ride in colors, and will not; be allowed to dismount until each Rac6 is over, unless required to do so, a m.\ .they must pay 2s 6d to the Race fund. All Races save Consolation to be run for in heats. No protest received without first payment to Secretary of £ 1, and in all cases of dispute the decision of the Committee be final. Nominations on the Ist December ; \ on the 22nd ; after which date the amount of each Race will be published.
