The following alterations will be made jn the time table for the Little River Line :— On the 7th, the train from Christchurch to Birdling's Flat and back will start at 9.30 a.m., and run 20 minutes later than usual throughout the journey. On the 9th, in lieu of the ordinary train from Christchurch to Birdling's Flat and back, a train will leave Birdling's Flat at 8.15 a.m., and Lincoln at 9.23 a.m., arriving at Christchurch at 10.25 a.m., stopping at intermediate stations, if required, and a return train will leave Christchurch at 5.5 p.m,, and Lincoln at 6.15 p.m., arriving at Birdling's Flat at 7.15 p.m., stopping at intermediate stations, if required. Goods traffic will be entirely suspended on the 9th.
