CATTLE TRESPASS,
John Porter and George Laidner were each fined 5s and costs for having cattle astray.
TRESPASS,
A. C. Knight sued C. E. Watkins for trespass on his property. Plaintiff applied for an amendment of tbe information. There was no claim for damages. He wished it inserted in tho information that he claimed £10 damages. Mr Knight'B application was allowed by tne Bench. Mr Kiiiglit them made a further application for an adjournment lill 3rd October. The request was granted subject to plaintiffs p-'ving the costs of tho adjournment, and the Court rose.
