Report for the week ending Friday evening, July 14th inst:— . Wheat—Last week's quotations must be repeated, no appreciable change haying taken place in values; good milling quality 4s lOd to 5s per bushel f.o.b in Lyttelton ; second quality 4s 3d to 4s 6d per bushel ; cbickwheat 3s 3d to 4s per bushel.

Oats-—Values during the week are unaltered ; milling sorts, 3s 3d to 3s 4d per bushel; feed, 3s Id to3s3d ; seed samples 3s 9d to 3s lOd per bushel. B ar l e y__There is still a good demand for really good malting quality at from 4s 6d to 4s 7d per bushel; second rate malting samples are rather unsaleable, prices nominal; feed quality, 3a 3d to 3a 6d per bushel, tho demand for the latter is hardly so good. Beans and Peas—4m 3d to 4s 4d per busmfil, f.0.b., for .the former, the latter 3* 9i to 5s per bushel, according to quality. . Grass Seed-*-No business of any importance haa yet been transacted. Really well -cleaned seed is worth from 5. to 5a 6d per bushel.

Potatoes—Business during the week has been exceedingly dull; holders, however, w'U not part under Cos fo 37a Jd at country stations. Cheese and Bui'.er-The forme-* is worth lid. the latter lfi Id per lb.
