London, July 10. The Australian cricketers commenced a match to-day against eleven of the Mnrylebone Club, at Lords ground. The" following are the names of the English team :—Messrs A. G. Steel, O. P. "Studd, G. B. Hndd, W. G. Grace, Lord Harris, A. W. Hornby, A. P. Lucas, F. F. S. Tylecote, Barnes, Flowers, and Mosley The Home team went in first, and bad put together 113 for tbe loss of two wickets, when play was stopped owing to the rain. Grace was bowled for 46, and Hornby was stumped for 45. Great interest is being taken in the match. July 11. The cricket match Australians v. Mnrylebone Club could not be resumed I to-day, owing to rain.
