Sir, —I would like it to be generally known that it was not my cheese which took the firs* prize at the Kaiapoi Show. Having some time ago promised one, and not having one large enough, I obtained one from Mr McDonald, of Wainui, to vvhom the credit is due. By inserting the above you will oblige—Yours, etc.,
