DISTRICT OF AKAROA. -r HEREBY GIVE NOTICE, X that, in accordance with " The Regulation of Local Elections Act, 1876" and section 46 of "The Licensing Act, 1881," a POLL of the Ratepayers in the Licensing District of Akaroa will be taken at the Resident Magistrate's Court-house, Akaroa, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. on THURSDAY, APRIL 13th, 1882, for the purpose of determining whether the number of Publicans' or New Zealand Wine Licenses ip the above-named District may or may not respectively be increased.
