BREACH OV BOROUGH BY-LAWS. J. Ayhner, for having four horses astray in Lavaud street, was fined 5s and costs. Before Justin Aylmer, Esq., E.M., and T. Adams, Esq., J. P. BREACH OF BOROUGH BY-LAWS. W. D. Wood, T. Grange, Senr., T. Grange, Junr., W; Kearney, G. H. Wilson, and J. J. Kissel, for having cattle astray in the Borough, were each fined 5s and costs. CIVIL CASE. J. J. Kissel v. J. O'Keefe. Claim £13 8a Id. Judgment by default for amount claimed and costs. The Court then adjourned.
