Per Amateur—3oo palings, 7 bars iron 1 box, 0 lengths galvanized iron, 4 pkgs A-ehest ten. 3 mats sugar, 2 hoses, 1 tin, 8 bags, 13 cases, 1 pkg paper bags, 1 box, 14 sacks barleymeal, 2 sacks wheat, 44 li'igs Hour, 4 bdls, 1 cask, 1 plough, I bale, 12 sinks potatoes. The Amateur left Lyttelton on Tuesday, the 25th Ot tuber, and put in nt Little Akaloa in consequence of baffling winds. The captain pick«d up a head board at Little Akaloa, with " Star of the Mersey " in gold letters on it. On her passage down, and in company with the ketch Prince Rupert, bound for Catlin's River, had to put in again at Okain's Bay, which place she left on Friday last, and arrived in this port at 8 p.m. on Sunday. The Antelope left Lyttelton on Tuesday, the 25th October, and had to put in at Little Akaloa in consequence of contrary winds. On Thuri-day went into Okain's I'ny ; left Okani'a on Friday, and arrived at Gouiih's Bay. but had to run bark to Le Bun's Bay ; left Le Bon's on Jr-'unday moiiiii>ir f ani] arrived at this port at 7 p.m. This is the longest trip Captain Malcolin[■on litis ever made
The Alice Jane left Lytleltonon the 18lh October, and owing to a heavy breeze had io sin ltd* at LUtle Akaloa and Okain's Bay. On the ,-ixth day out she managed to reach Long Bay, but hud to put back to Le Bon's in consequence of the strong S.S.W wind. The weather being favorable on Sunday, the 30th October, she set sail, and arrived in Akaroa about 9 p.m. same day.
