"VT OTICE is hereby given, that the j\| Okain's Bay Road Board propose, in accordance with " The Public Works „ct, 1880," te stop nil that piece of road, containing by admeasurement five acres, more or less, and known as part of the Old Okain's Bay Road, situated in the Okain's Bay j Road District, in the County of Akaroa, I commencing at the west corner of section 15,4,7, thence running in a south: westerly direction, dividing sections 19.371, 10,546, 34,510,20,956,19,547, and 19,363, for a distance of 50 chains, more or less, to where it joins the Summit Road, as the same is delineated on pian, and colored green. And the said Road Board further give notice that the plans of the road proposed to be stopped are open for inspection nt the residence of Mr "W.
