The New Zealand loan nnd Mercantile Agency Company, Limited, have received the following telegram, dated London, September 13th:— Wool —The progress firmly, though ihcre is much irregularity in the biddingß. For sup rior combing washed the market is firmer. Faulty character and seedy and burry wools arc neglected. Up to date, 159,000 bale* have been sold. 79,000 bnles have been taken for export. Wheat—Market quiet. There is no •speculative demand ior colonial wheat. New Zealand is worth 55s 6d per 496 lbs. Tallow—Market firm. Mutton is worth 89s G<l, and beef 37s 6d per cwt.
