Sydney, September 1. Arrived last ovoning the Uuion Company's steamship Albion. At the Water Police Court yesterday a prisoner naitied Annie Burns was found to bo suffering from small-pox, and was at onco placed in chargo of the Health Officer for removal to the quarantine station. There was great exitement in Court when tha discovery was made.
