OTIGE is hereby given, that the l>l Okain's Bay Road Board propose, in accordance with " The Public Works \cb, 1880," to stop all that piece of road, containing by admeasurement five acres, more or less, and known as part of tho Old Okain's Bay Road, situated in the Okain's Bay Road District, in the County of Akaroa, commencing at the west corner of section 15,437, thence running in a south: westerly direction, dividing sections 19,371, 19,546, 34,516,20,956,19,547, and 19;3G3, for a distance of 50 chains, more or less, to whore it joins tho Summit Road, as the same is delineated on j lan, and colored green. And the said Road Board further give notice that, the plans of the road proposed to be stopped are open for inspection at the residence of Mr W.
