The week has not been fruitful of anything special in the grain market. VVlient—Holders aro now very firm, nnd values may be snid to have advanced 3d per bunliel on Inst wnek's prices. Oats. —The market presents the rame fenturoH. Bet-t milling are quoted at 2s to 2s Id, and feed at Is 9ii to Is 11d. B rley.—A few sales of teed quality have been made at 3s to 3s Id ; best stands at 3s to 3s 3d ; fair malting at 2s 3d to 2s 9,1.
Potatoes.—The feeling has not improved and prices are on the same basis as last week.
Rye Grass ia selling at 5s Gd to 5s 9d for town dressed, and tip top commands a ehndemore. Farmeie' lots, 4s 3d to ss. A Ktrong enquiry wsve noticeable at the beginning of the week, but it has since slacked off.
