Before Justin Aylmer, Esq., R.M,
CATTLE TRESPASS,
Elizabeth Malmanche was fined 5s and costs for allowing cattle to trespass. CIVIL CASES. W, Curry v. Penlington. Claim £10 for damage done by a bush fire which had originated on defendant's land. Mr Henning appeared for defendant, who paid £5 into Court, and as to the balance of the claim pleaded not indebted. large number of witnesses were examined, but the case presented no feature of public interest, The Bench gave judgment for the amount paid into Court, plaintiff to pay costs and solicitor's fee. The Court then adjourned.
