Arrived this morning, tho P. and Oi Company's M;\la,w*, with the inward Saez mail, which left London on J ime 17. (Per Merchant Shipping and Underwriters association.) London, July 23. Arrived — Elizabeth Graham from Lyttelton; Bailed April 1, Cynosure from Lyttelton; sailed April 13. Grecian from Lyttelton ; sailed April 16. Cpromandel from Wellington ; sailed April 16. May Queen from Bluff harbor ; sailed April 16. Sydney, July 25.
Two more cases of small-pox are reported to-day. The eun'erers live in the vicinity of Sussex street, where the disease has previously appeared. Two supposed .capes' of small-pox at Burwood are now proved to be only chicken-pox. Further information tends to confirm the probability of the Squadron awaiting the arrival of the Bacchante before leaving for Auckland. The Bacchante is now expected to leave Melbourne for Sydney on Wednesday next.
Melbourne, July 23. Judgment in the Ferret prosecution was delivered to-day. Henderson, the reputed owner, and Wallace, tho purser, have each been sentenced to seven year imprisonment; and Wright, tlie captain to three and a hall years.
