the intention of bringing the case on again when defendant would not be represented by counsel. He would ask the Bench to dismiss the case. On reference to the Resident Magistrate's Act it appeared that the only course open to the Bench in tbe absence of the plaintiff was to strike out the case. Case struck out with costs, solicitor's fee £1 Is, and expenses £2 2s. Tho Court then adjourned.
