CIVIL CASE. Le Olerc v. R. Yanstone, claim £13 9s 10.1.
Plaintiff's case was that lie had supplied goods to the vane sued for to one Bloou: on defendant's guarantee.
Defendant denied having given th< j guarantee, maintaining that he had merely introduced Bloom to plaintiff.
Two witnesses were called, to whom defendant had admitted having made himself responsible for the amount, and the Bench gave judgment for the amount claimed with costs.
The Court then adjourned
